Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Superrshots Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new customers to our platform. By joining, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

To become an affiliate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid website, blog, or social media presence
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in fraudulent or misleading practices

3. Commission Structure

  • Standard Rate: 25% of referred sales
  • Silver Tier (10+ sales/month): 28% commission
  • Gold Tier (25+ sales/month): 30% commission

Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount (excluding taxes and refunds). Tier status is evaluated monthly based on performance.

4. Cookie Duration

Our tracking cookie lasts for 60 days. If a referred visitor makes a purchase within 60 days of clicking your affiliate link, you earn the commission.

5. Payment Terms

  • Minimum payout threshold: $50
  • Payment schedule: Monthly (NET 30)
  • Payment methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Wise
  • Commissions become payable after a 30-day review period

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Use paid search ads bidding on "Superrshots" brand terms
  • Create fake reviews or misleading content
  • Engage in cookie stuffing or click fraud
  • Make false claims about our products
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Self-refer or refer their own purchases

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your balance. Repeated refunds may result in account review.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity. Upon termination:

  • Pending commissions may be forfeited
  • You must remove all Superrshots promotional materials
  • Active tracking links will be deactivated

9. Brand Guidelines

When promoting Superrshots, you must:

  • Use approved logos and marketing materials
  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship
  • Represent our brand accurately and professionally
  • Not modify or alter official marketing assets

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
