Superrshots is an AI-powered platform that generates professional headshots and portraits from user-uploaded photos. Our service includes photo upload, AI processing, and delivery of generated images.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

4. User Content

By uploading photos to our service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the right to use the photos
  • The photos do not violate any third party's rights
  • You have obtained consent from any individuals pictured
  • The photos do not contain illegal or harmful content

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

  • Generate images for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content
  • Impersonate others without their consent
  • Generate explicit, violent, or illegal content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. Upon generation, you receive a license to use the generated headshots for personal and commercial purposes. Superrshots retains rights to the underlying AI technology and platform.

7. Payment and Refunds

  • All purchases are final upon delivery of generated images
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical failures
  • Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

8. Limitation of Liability

Superrshots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
